Contact support or report a bug

Get help from the Snack team.

Report a bug

On the web, open your Hub, open your profile menu, and select Report a bug. Describe What happened?, add steps and a severity if you can, then select Send report. Technical details are attached for you.

The Snack app does not have a bug report form. Email us instead.

Email us

In Studio, open Help and select Contact support, or email support@snack.io. Include your team name, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if you have one.
