A member cannot see an assignment

Common reasons an assignment is missing from someone's Hub.

Check these first

They are included. Open the assignment and confirm the member or their group is on it.
It was shared. Snacks left on Keep as draft do not reach members.
Same account. They need to sign in with the email address you invited.
Right team. If they belong to more than one team, they need to switch to yours.
Right filter. In Hub, finished assignments move from Open to Completed.
