An invite did not arrive

What to do when someone cannot find their invite.

Check

  • Look in spam, junk, or promotions folders. Studio invites are sent by email only.
  • Confirm the email address on the invite is correct.
  • On Members, find the pending invite and select Resend.

Skip the invite

Owners and admins can share a join QR code instead: Members > Add member > QR Code. Anyone who scans it and signs in joins right away. QR codes expire after 24 hours by default.
