Turn on Comms

Add Comms to your team and see who can post, schedule, and chat.

Add Comms

Comms is free to install. Only owners and admins can add apps.

  1. At the top of Studio, select Add apps (the + next to the app switcher).
  2. Next to Comms, select Add.
  3. Switch to Comms at the top of Studio.

To remove Comms later, open Studio settings, go to Apps, open Comms, and select Remove.

Comms has Feed, Schedule, and Chat, plus Members.

Who can do what

To let athletes post, open the menu on Feed and turn on Athletes can post under Feed settings.

Quiet hours

Comms holds most notifications between 10pm and 7am in each person's time zone. Cancellations and same-day changes still go out right away.
