Assign and track tasks
Hand off content work and follow it from brief to approval.
Turn it on
Owners and admins turn on Tasks in Add-ons. It is free, and it adds Tasks to the Studio sidebar.
Create a task
- Open Tasks in Studio.
- Select New Task.
- Add a name, a brief, who it is for, and an optional due date, then select Create.
Statuses
Tasks move through Not started, In progress, Submitted, Needs changes, and Approved. Tasks can also be Cancelled.
