Restore something you deleted

Deleted folders, snacks, playlists, resources, and fundraisers stay in trash for 30 days.

Restore

Owners, admins, and editors can restore items.

  1. Open Trash at the bottom of the Studio sidebar.
  2. Find the item. Use Type to show only folders, snacks, playlists, resources, or fundraisers.
  3. Select Restore.

Each item shows when it was deleted and who deleted it.

How long items stay

Items are deleted forever 30 days after they go to trash. In their last 7 days, items show how many days are left, then Expiring soon on the final day.

Delete for good

Select Delete forever on one item, or select Empty trash and confirm to clear everything. This cannot be undone. Items in trash keep using storage until they are deleted for good.
