Share plays with athletes

Send plays or whole playbooks to groups, and give other coaches a copy.

Share one play

  1. Open the play and select Share at the top of the board.
  2. Select the sharing row (it says Not shared until you share it) and choose who can see it.

Once a play is shared, the same menu shows Players, Attempts, and Avg score from athletes' quizzes. It also has Export image, Record Snack to record a walkthrough video, and Assign walkthrough once you have recorded one.

Share a playbook

  1. Open the playbook and select Share.
  2. On My Team, choose who can see it. Plays you add to this playbook later are shared automatically.

Give another team a copy

  1. Open the playbook, select Share, and switch to Other Teams.
  2. Select Create link, then Copy.

Coaches who open the link can add their own copy to their team. Later edits you make won't reach their copy. Select Revoke link to stop new copies.
