Manage members and refunds

See who joined, give free access, refund a payment, or cancel a membership.

Overview

Overview shows Monthly revenue, Active members, Past due, and New in 30 days. Filter memberships by All, Active, Past due, Free, or Ended, or search by email or plan.

One membership

Select a membership to see who paid, the amount, and when it renews or ends. From there:

  • Refund: the latest payment is refunded in full. Access doesn't change.
  • Cancel now: billing stops and access ends right away.
  • End free access: for free memberships. Access ends right away.

Give free access

On Members, open a member's menu and select Give free access. Pick the Plan, when it Ends (or No end date), and add a Note, like "Scholarship".
