Import a schedule

Connect a calendar from your athletics department or another app so games stay in sync.

Connect a calendar

Owners, admins, editors, and contributors can import.

  1. In Schedule, select Import.
  2. Pick where your schedule lives: Arbiter, rSchoolToday, SIDEARM, Rank One, VNN / PlayOn, TeamSnap, Google Calendar, Outlook, or Other. Snack shows where to find that app's calendar link.
  3. Paste the calendar link. It starts with https:// or webcal://.
  4. Review the events Snack found.
  5. Name the calendar, like "Varsity Football".
  6. Choose whether untagged events come in as Games, Practices, or Events.
  7. Choose who it is for, then select the import button, like Import 24 events.

A single import brings in up to 1,500 events.

Manage connected calendars

Select Import again to see Connected calendars, when each last synced, and Disconnect.
